2022’s Clinical Vaccine Network Conference was held in person at the Royal College of Physicians, London.
Although the conference has now ended, our virtual conferencing platform is still live and hosts recordings for all sessions in addition to downloadable posters. Maheshi received her medical degree at Christ’s College, University of Cambridge and worked as a junior doctor at Cambridge, UCH and Oxford. She trained as a specialist registrar in Infectious Diseases and General Internal Medicine at Oxford. During this time, she obtained a DPhil at Wadham College, University of Oxford, investigating B cell responses to conjugate and polysaccharide meningococcal vaccines. She is currently a Consultant Physician at the John Radcliffe Hospital and is the Clinical Lead for OPAT services. In her role as Florey Lecturer, she acts as the Lead Tutor for Graduate medical students at Magdalen College. She is a Senior Clinical Researcher at the Oxford Vaccine Group, leading as Principal Investigator on enteric, pneumococcal and hepatitis B vaccine clinical trials.
